Returns, Exchanges & Claims Policy


We do our best to offer a good product and service to all our customers. However, if you unfortunately experience shipping damages or other damage to the product, please follow these steps:

a) If the item is bought from one of our retailers please contact them.


b) If the item is bought directly from Nofred or you are a retailer, please fill out our Claims form.

To be able to consider your claim, we need the delivery address, contact information, the product, copy of order/receipt and a clear picture or video of the damage. REMEMBER! There must be clear signs of damage in the image.

If you notice any shipping, production or other damages to the product, you need to make the claim in a ‘reasonable time’. We recommend, that you make the claim as soon as possible and before 30 days after you have discovered the damage.

We hope you will like everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return the product to us. You will find a return slip in the package at delivery. If you haven’t received the slip, please contact our customer service.

Items bought online are returned at our expense in all of Europe, within the 14 days timeframe. Items returned should be unused, in their original packaging, and, in a fully resalable condition. We will transfer the money back to you within 30 days.

As a private consumer, you have 14 days to return or exchange the items and another 14 days to ship them. If this period correlates with a public holiday, the 14 days will expand to the following working day. When returning, you hold the responsibility for the items and that they are in proper packaging.

Remember to always ship the products in the original packaging and get a receipt for the shipment. We recommend to save the mailing receipts and the track and trace-number.

You can always exchange your order with us. If you wish to exchange, please fill out the return form and send the item, you wish to exchange, back to us. If you live in Europe, we will pay for the shipment back to our warehouse, once we have exchanged your order. The money transfer might take up to 30 days.

You can also choose to exchange your purchase to another style or size in one of our physical stores. If the returned items are not in same condition and/or quantity as upon delivery, a significant decrease of value of the goods will happen.
