Submit your claim with your order number and photos via our claims system.
Claims are processed every Wednesday, and you will receive a response within 14 business days.
Purchased from a Retailer
Please contact the retailer directly with your proof of purchase and photos.
Received as a Gift
If the gift was purchased on nofred.com, you can submit your claim through our claims system.
If it was purchased in a store, please contact the retailer directly.
After Processing
If your claim is approved, we will offer an exchange, refund, or price reduction and will contact you with the next steps.
