We calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of each product and the country you are ordering from.

All orders placed before 11:30 AM on weekdays will be packed and booked for shipping the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be packed the following business day and shipped thereafter.

Our warehouse is located in Denmark, and delivery time may vary between 2–7 business days, depending on the destination country.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow your parcel and see the estimated delivery time to your destination.

If the delivery appears damaged upon receipt, we recommend that you sign with reservation. If the product is damaged, missing parts, or has defects, please contact us within 3 business days via this link.
