This website is operated by Nofred. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nofred. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including all additional terms, policies, and notices referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, and B2B buyers.
If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use our website or services.



2. Acceptance of Terms & Modifications
By using our website you accept and agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates to the site. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continuing to use the website after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform used to operate the store.


3. Orders, Payments & Account Information
By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal adult age or have consent from a guardian. You must provide accurate and complete billing and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including limiting quantities per person, household or payment method.
You agree not to misuse the service, e.g. for unlawful purposes, and not to transmit harmful code or malicious content.


4. Products & Services
We try to describe all products accurately, but cannot guarantee that colors, sizes, or images appear exactly as in reality — monitor settings and other factors may affect this.
Products are offered for sale subject to availability, and we may limit sales or discontinue products without notice.
All orders and deliveries are subject to our Return Policy and Claims Policy (see below), in addition to these Terms.


5. Shipping, Delivery, and Damage Claims
Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders placed before 11:30 AM (CET) on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
  • Standard delivery time is typically 2–7 business days, depending on destination country.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you may track your parcel.
Transport Damage & Claims
  • Any visible damage to the package or shipment must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for a damage claim with the carrier.
  • All claims for damaged packages must follow the procedure described in our Claims Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return Registration Requirement

  • All returns must be registered through our return system before they can be processed or accepted. Returns sent without prior registration may be delayed or refused.
  • Our Return Policy outlines the full procedure for returns, including conditions for eligibility, return packaging, restocking, and refund processing.
Return Conditions & Refunds
  • Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Return shipping labels may be included in the package or provided separately — details will be clarified during return registration.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned items are received and approved.

7. Claims & Product Defects
If a product is defective, damaged, or does not meet the description, you may submit a claim as follows:
  • Use our official claims system, and include: order number, photos of the product and defect, and any other requested documentation.
  • Claims are reviewed weekly, and we will respond within 14 business days.
  • Claims are accepted only for products purchased via nofred.com or through our B2B platform. For items bought from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly.
  • If a claim is approved, we may offer repair, replacement, refund or a price reduction, depending on the case.

8. Liability, Warranty & Limitations
We do not guarantee that products will meet your expectations in all cases. We disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of products or the site — to the fullest extent permitted by law.


9. Intellectual Property & User Conduct
All site content, design, logos, images — unless otherwise noted — are owned by Nofred or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell or exploit any part of the Service without our written consent.
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to upload harmful code or content, infringe on rights, or misuse the Service.


10. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may provide access to third-party tools and links. Use of these tools is at your own risk. We have no control over the content or policies of third parties and are not liable for any issues arising from their use.

 

11. Updates to Information, Prices & Services
We reserve the right to change product information, prices, availability or discontinue products at any time without notice — even after an order is placed. If a product becomes unavailable or is in backorder, we will notify you and give you the choice to cancel.


12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be subject to Danish jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
