Nofred will exchange or refund all orders within 30 days of purchase. 

We will gladly replace defective or missing parts at no additional charge, if we are notified of the problem within 14 days of receiving the products. If any of our products does not otherwise meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchanged only if returned within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that returned products must be in original condition and in the original packaging and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Once your return has been received by our warehouse you will be notified by email. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and refunded within 14 days after we have received the return at the warehouse.

Please note, that our Gift Cards are non-returnable.
