What is a Claim?
A claim is a way to let us know if something isn’t right with your product.
If an item arrives damaged or has a defect, you can submit a claim so we can review the issue and help find the best solution — our goal is to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.

Submit your claim with your order number and photos via our claims system.
Claims are processed every Wednesday, and you will receive a response within 14 business days.
Purchased from a Retailer
Please contact the retailer directly with your proof of purchase and photos.
You are a Retailer
Please, go to our B2B website and use the Claim Form located in the footer menu.
Received as a Gift
If the gift was purchased on nofred.com, you can submit your claim through our claims system.
If it was purchased in any other store, please contact the retailer directly.
After Processing
If your claim is approved, we will offer an exchange, refund, or price reduction and will contact you with the next steps.
