Return & Refund

You have 30 days to return your order, counted from the day the order is placed.
All returned items must be in the same condition as received – unused, unassembled and in their original packaging – in order to be accepted.

What is a Return?

A return is when you send an item back because it doesn’t meet your expectations, even though there is nothing wrong with the product itself.

Typical reasons for a return:

  • The size doesn’t fit as expected
  • The color or finish is different than anticipated
  • You changed your mind after receiving the item
  • The product doesn’t suit your space or needs

In these cases, the item is fully functional and free of defects — it’s simply not the right match for you.

In case there is a damage or a production fault that affects the quality of a product, please, submit a Claim

How do I return my order?
  1. Log in to your customer account on nofred.com
  2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. If the reason is 'Damaged or defective', please, submit a Claim
  5. Click "Request return"

All returns must be registered online before the item is sent back.

If you want us to process the return as fast as possible, please, include a note. Otherwise, we might need to reach out to you for clarifications, thus, the proccess will take longer.

Once your return request is approved, pack the item securely and use the return label included in your initial parcel.

After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return the item within 30 days and receive a refund, after which you are welcome to place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund within 14 business days after we have received and approved your return.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
