You have 30 days to cancel/return your order, counted from the day the order is placed.
All returned items must be in the same condition as received – unused, unassembled and in their original packaging – in order to be accepted.

Order Cancellation vs. Return
If you have not yet received a tracking number for your order, you can submit a cancellation request through your customer account. Since the order has not been dispatched, the payment transaction will be fully voided.
Once you have received a tracking number, your order is already on its way and the return policy applies instead.
How do I return my order?

- Select the order you wish to return
- Register your return via our return portal
- Pack the item securely and use the return label included in the box
All returns must be registered online before the item is sent back.
