How did your life change when you became a mother?

"I became a mom at 21 and from that moment on, everything shifted. Life suddenly revolved around this tiny person. Every thought, every decision, every heartbeat. It was both terrifying and absolutely magical, a whirlwind of emotions that marked the beginning of something deeply transformative."

What do you love the most about being a mother?

"It’s the little, quiet moments that stay with me. The soft cuddles, toy cars tucked into my home decor, or the giant hug waiting for me at the door after a long day. Those small things carry the biggest love."

What’s your biggest daily challenge as a mother – and what helps you through it?

"The rush of everyday life, always being one step behind the clock, can feel overwhelming. But I’ve learned to take things step by step, to pause, and to let go of what doesn’t need to be perfect. That’s what helps me breathe again."

What do you miss the most from your life before children?

"I miss the stillness, the quiet moments I used to take for granted. But now, when the house is quiet, it feels too still. Their laughter, their footsteps, their voices. That’s the sound of home. I wouldn’t trade it for anything."

How do you take care of yourself to be a present mother?

"I need space to move and create. That’s how I reconnect with myself. Whether I’m behind the camera or squeezing in a workout, those moments clear my head and ground me so I can show up with presence for my family."

What surprised you the most about motherhood?

"That even on the most exhausting days, I somehow find the strength, the energy and heart, to keep going. There’s a deep well inside us that we don’t know exists until we become mothers."

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE THING TO DO TOGETHER AS A FAMILY?

"Our favorite moments happen at the beach. Feeling the sand under our feet, breathing in the sea air, just being there together with no agenda. It’s our way of slowing down and reconnecting."
